Pork knuckle (vepřové koleno)
Vepřové koleno is roast pork knee, or knuckle, usually marinated in dark beer and herbs, roasted, served with cabbage, mustard, horseradish, and some pickles. Koleno is popular among tourists because it’s a dish that you don’t typically find in other countries.
